Axis HealthCare is an integrated primary care provider built to make healthcare simple, accessible, and consistent for the Tulsa FOP members and their families. Members receive care for routine visits, chronic conditions, urgent needs, behavioral health concerns, and preventive services in one coordinated system, reducing delays in care and improving long-term health outcomes.

Our focus is on prevention, early diagnosis, chronic disease management, and timely access to care so members spend less time reacting to health problems and more time staying healthy and operationally ready. FOP members and families have direct access to their care team through phone, text, telehealth, and the Healow app, with same-day or next-day appointments available whenever possible.

 

Axis HealthCare’s goal is to improve access to high-quality healthcare while helping reduce unnecessary emergency room visits, avoidable urgent care utilization, and overall healthcare costs for the Trust.
