Tamara Cook, MSN, FNP | Bartlesville, OK

Tami Cook is a family-focused nurse practitioner who believes healthcare is strongest when it’s built on trust, partnership, and genuine connection. She has lived in the Tulsa area for the past three years after relocating from Overland Park, Kansas, and is proud to serve her local community.

With a career in healthcare that began in 1987, Tami brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to both treating illness and preventing it. Her approach to care is practical, patient-centered, and rooted in the belief that patients should be active partners in their health journey.

Tami earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from United States University in 2025. She chose Axis because it allows her to practice family care close to home while building long-term relationships with patients and the community she serves.

Outside of the clinic, Tami enjoys reading, playing pickleball, playing the piano, and spending time with her family. Weekends are often reserved for family gatherings, especially Sundays, when she enjoys attending church together followed by lunch. She has three grown children, two married children, four grandsons, and is excited to welcome her first granddaughter in July 2026.

Patients can expect Tami to be friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, with a genuine focus on getting to know them as individuals. As a caregiver at heart, her goal is always to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
