Lab Cost

Most all insurances will help cover some cost of the labs. Out of pocket lab costs, with insurance, can range from $0-$300, depending on your insurance. Our self pay lab cost is $125. Testosterone Cypionate Injections may be covered by insurance, or they can incur an out-of-pocket cost of $40 for in-clinic administration. However, most insurance plans typically do not cover testosterone therapy.

Testosterone Programs

Axis provides two distinct programs: Testosterone Cypionate Injections (synthetic) and Bio-Identical Hormones (plant-based through pellet insertion). Testosterone injections are administered once a week and can be performed either at our clinic or at home. The pellets, inserted through a small, painless incision, deliver hormones with each heartbeat and last approximately 3-5 months, varying by gender and body type.

Procedure

Most men require 5 to 10 pellets, which resemble small tic-tacs. The insertion is a quick and simple process, involving numbing a small area in your glute and making a tiny insertion, no wider than a pen lid.

Benefits of Hormone Repalcement Therapy

Bioidentical hormone pellets provide the most effective regulation of testosterone levels, mimicking the body’s natural testosterone. They last between 3 to 5 months, enhancing energy levels throughout the day.
