I’ve been using Axis since 2015 & really feel comfortable at the Pryor office. Over the years 99% of the staff has been excellent. ESPECIALLY the check-in staff at Pryor who are simply amazingly caring.

My experience was good with the actual testing but the instructions said to call the facility number when you arrive and there were no opportunities to talk to a live person on the phone or to let them know you were there.

I did my covid test here yesterday (1/12/22) and although the wait was long because they were busy, they were super nice and extremely pleasant. Plus, the test is not comfortable obviously, but they were so careful it only tickled and made my eyes water. So thanks Axis. I appreciate it.
