The Axis HealthCare walk-in care clinic in Sapulpa is located off of E Taft Ave near S Park St and S Main St. Our care clinic is across the street from Kelly Lane Park. We are located in the shopping center with the Dollar General. You can find us in between Sun Touched tanning and Petsense.
