Terms & Payment

  • Program Fee: $39.99/month, billed automatically on the 1st of each month
  • Commitment: Minimum 3-month program
  • Cancellation: Written request via email to weightloss@axishealth.net with 30 days notice
  • Mid-Month Enrollment: If joining mid-month, a $40 charge will occur on the day of sign-up in order for benefits to start right away. The next charge will still occur on the 1st of the following month.
